You can deposit crypto from an external wallet or exchange to your Flipster account via the mobile app or web platform.

1. How to Deposit on the Flipster App
Step 1: Log in to the Flipster app and tap [Assets].
Step 2: Tap [Deposit]. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, for example, USDT.
Step 3: Tap the network dropdown menu to see the available networks, and select the deposit network.
⚠️ Make sure the network you select on Flipster matches the network on the platform you are withdrawing from. If you select the wrong network, your funds might be lost and cannot be recovered.
Step 4: Tap the copy icon to copy the deposit address, then paste it into the withdrawal address field on the external platform you're sending from. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code from that platform to import the address directly.
Notes:
- Double-check the wallet address and deposit amount before sending.
- Some assets require a Tag/Memo. Be sure to enter the correct Tag/Memo on the external platform, or your deposit may not be credited.
Step 5: After you send the deposit, the transfer will be processed on the blockchain. Confirmation time varies depending on the network. Once confirmed, the funds will be credited to your Flipster account.
To check your deposit status, tap the History icon on the top right of the [Deposit] screen.
2. How to Deposit on the Flipster Web
Step 1: Log in to your account on Flipster's website and click [Assets].
Step 2: Click [Deposit]. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, for example, USDT.
Step 3: Choose the deposit network. Once you click the network dropdown menu, you'll see the available networks for depositing USDT.
⚠️ Make sure the network you select on Flipster matches the network on the platform you are withdrawing from. If you select the wrong network, your funds might be lost and cannot be recovered.
Step 4: You'll see a QR code and the deposit address for the network you chose. Click the copy icon to copy the deposit address, then paste it to the address field on the platform you intend to withdraw crypto from.

My deposit hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check your deposit status in [Assets] → [History] → [Deposit]. If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but not reflected in your account, please contact us through our service request form.
How long does a deposit take?
Deposit times depend on the blockchain and current network traffic. Most deposits are credited within a few minutes after network confirmation.
What is a Tag/Memo and why is it required?
Some cryptocurrencies require a Tag or Memo to identify your deposit. If you send funds without the correct Tag/Memo, your deposit may not be credited to your account.
