Before withdrawing, make sure you have signed up for a Flipster account and completed identity verification (KYC).

1. How to Withdraw on the Flipster App
Step 1: Log in to the Flipster app and tap [Assets] at the bottom navigation.
Step 2: Tap [Withdraw].
Step 3: Select the cryptocurrency or token you wish to withdraw, for example, USDT.
Note: You can also search for a specific asset or use the [Address book] to select a saved withdrawal address.
Step 4: Choose the withdrawal network.
The transfer of some assets may be supported by multiple networks. Please ensure to select the correct network as wallet addresses will be different depending on the network chosen.
Warning:
Make sure that the network you select on Flipster and the deposit network on the receiving platform are the same. If you select an incompatible network, your funds will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
Step 5: Enter the receiving wallet address, or select a saved address from the [Address book].
Note: The transfer of some assets may require a destination tag. Please ensure to correctly input the destination tag on the receiving platform.
Step 6: Enter the withdrawal amount and click [Continue].
Note: If you’re using a new address and withdrawing more than 1000 USD, you will need to select an address of origin based on the Travel Rule.
Step 7: Review the withdrawal details, and click [Confirm] to proceed.
Step 8: Complete the security verification. Enter your Authenticator code and email verification code, then click [Confirm]. The email code is valid for 10 minutes.
Step 9: To monitor your withdrawal status, click on [View History]. You can also navigate to withdrawal page by clicking [History] - [Withdrawal] on the top menu.
2. How to Withdraw on the Flipster Web

Important Notes
- Making any withdrawal, regardless of the amount or asset type, will remove your entire Trading Bonus balance.
- The transaction may take some time to be confirmed. The confirmation time varies depending on the network traffic and the blockchain.

- To ensure the safety of your assets and maintain regulatory compliance, Flipster follows the FATF (Financial Action Task Force) Travel Rule. If you are withdrawing funds to another exchange, the account holder's name at the receiving exchange must exactly match your registered name on Flipster, including spacing, capitalization, and language. If the names do not match, your withdrawal may be restricted or subject to additional verification.

3. Can I cancel a withdrawal?
If you have not confirmed the withdrawal via email within 30 minutes, the transaction will be automatically canceled. Once confirmed and broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.

- Verify the withdrawal address and network are correct
- Check the transaction hash (TxID) on a blockchain explorer
