How to Access the Rewards Hub
On Flipster Website
Step 1: Log in to your Flipster account and go to the Rewards Hub page by clicking gift icon on top right.
Step 2: Scroll down to see the Welcome Bonus details and available tasks.
Step 3: Once you complete a mission, click [Claim] on the task card to receive your USDT reward.
On Flipster App
Step 1: Tap the [Assets] tab at the bottom, then tap the gift icon in the top right corner to access the Rewards Hub.
Step 2: View your available tasks and track your progress.

How to Earn Rewards
Rewards are earned by completing tasks within the specified time period. The current Rewards Hub program offers up to 26,320 USDT in rewards for new users.

Trading Bonus
Trading Bonus is margin credit provided by Flipster to help you trade.
- Cannot be withdrawn or transferred — usable as trading margin only
- Expires 14 days after issuance at 00:00 UTC
- Making any withdrawal will remove your entire Trading Bonus balance

Fee Voucher
Fee Vouchers offset trading fees on eligible trades.

FAQ
Who is eligible for the Rewards Hub?
The current Rewards Hub program is exclusively available for new users only. Tasks and rewards that each user is eligible for will be shown automatically.
When will I receive my rewards?
Rewards are distributed within 5 days after the end of the task period.
Can I withdraw my Trading Bonus?
No. Trading Bonus cannot be withdrawn or transferred. It can only be used as margin for trading and expires 14 days after issuance.
What happens if I withdraw before the reward is paid out?
For Net Deposit tier rewards, your net deposit must be maintained until reward payout. If you withdraw below the required amount, rewards will be forfeited. Additionally, any withdrawal will remove your entire Trading Bonus balance.
Is the Rewards Hub available in all countries?
This program is a global offer with some exclusions. Flipster reserves the right to restrict access based on local regulations.
Rules & Eligibility
Reward Package Rules
- Each user can participate in only one Reward Package at a time. If you switch packages, your existing mission progress and any pending rewards may be reset or reclaimed.
- Mission rewards follow a Claim → Review → Payout process. Review may take up to 5 days, and rewards are paid according to the configured payout schedule after approval.
- On your first visit, the Rewards Hub is shown based on your IP country. After KYC completion, it is switched once to the package based on your KYC country.
- Each Reward Package may have a validity period. After it ends, missions can no longer be progressed or claimed.
- KOL-only packages are accessible only via specific invite links or referral codes.
Country & Visibility
- Rewards Hub access may be restricted in certain countries due to regulatory or internal policy reasons.
- Depending on your country, signup date, and activity history, some missions may not be displayed to you.
Trading Volume & Net Deposit
- Trading volume is recognized only in proportion to the portion of fees actually paid by the user. Stable-to-stable pairs are excluded.
- Net Deposit must be maintained until reward payout. Internal transfers between accounts are not counted as deposits. If the Net Deposit requirement is not met at payout, the reward will not be granted.
Anti-Abuse
- If abnormal activities such as multi-account abuse, wash trading, or other fraudulent behavior are detected, reward payouts may be rejected or reclaimed.
Trading Bonus Rules
- Trading Bonus is a margin bonus provided by Flipster. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred and does not constitute real capital.
- Fully expires 14 days after issuance at the next 00:00 UTC, and can be used only for margin trading.
- If you complete a withdrawal of any asset, your entire Trading Bonus balance may be fully and immediately removed. Please carefully check the in-app warning shown before confirming a withdrawal.
- Trading fees are deducted from Trading Bonus first.
- Position losses and funding fees are deducted from your own funds and Trading Bonus together, up to a maximum 50:50 ratio. After the Trading Bonus is fully used up, any further losses are deducted entirely from your own funds.
- Trading Bonus is only active in One-way mode and cannot be used in Multi-position mode.
