Q: Why does my deposit require the sending exchange to share my personal information?

A: To comply with international regulations such as the FATF Travel Rule, when you deposit cryptocurrencies from another regulated exchange or custodial wallet that implements the Travel Rule, the sending exchange is required to share your personal information (e.g., name and account details) along with the transaction.
This helps verify that the deposit is legitimate and secure. Please ensure that the name registered on the sending exchange matches your Flipster account name to avoid delays, restrictions, or additional verification.

 

Q: Why have I not yet received my XRP in my Flipster account?

A: All Flipster accounts will have the same wallet address for XRP with a different destination tag. Please ensure to verify the destination tag before depositing.

 

Q: Where can I find my wallet address?

A: You may go to the [Assets] page on the mobile application or [Wallet] menu on the website and click on [Deposit] to proceed. The wallet address will be visible once you select the coin or token that you wish to receive.

 

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum amount for a deposit?

A: No. There is no minimum or maximum deposit amount, the minimum or maximum deposit amount is determined by the sender platform.

Note: Your lifetime deposit may affect your account leverage limit, which is capped at 5x. Your maximum leverage = 5× if both conditions are met:

• Lifetime deposit < $30

• Lifetime deposit < half of the Trading Bonus balance.

Q: Will there be any transaction fees when depositing funds?
