- Processing Time: Deposits and withdrawals of assets are reflected in your Flipster account post-confirmation. However, delays may occur due to company protocols and security checks.
- Blockchain Congestion: During high blockchain congestion, transaction processing may be delayed, potentially altering the number of required confirmations.
- Missing Deposits: In cases of missing deposits due to issues such as utilizing the wrong network, wallet address, destination tags or other relative reasons, kindly raise a service request form using your Flipster registered email address. When submitting the request, please provide the transaction identification (TXID), token type, USD value of the asset being deposited, and a summary of the issue for our reference. This will help expedite the resolution process and avoid delays in addressing your concern.
