VIP 4+ users remain eligible regardless of marketing subscription status. However, if a user has opted out of marketing communications, delivery of group chat links, campaign notifications, and other marketing-based announcements will be restricted or unavailable.
Concierge Program eligibility and related benefits are determined by the user’s VIP tier after the applicable grace period.
