A: “VIP Concierge Grand Prix” begins on October 1, 2025, at 00:00 UTC and ends on October 15, 2025, at 23:59 UTC.
Q: How can I be eligible to participate in the campaign?
A: All VIPs enrolled in the Concierge Program are automatically eligible to participate. No separate registration is required.
The campaign is exclusive to Concierge VIPs only.
Participants must progress through three stages (Qualifier Race 1, Qualifier Race 2, and the Final Race) based on their trading volume and leaderboard position.
To qualify for prizes and advancement, traders must meet the trading volume thresholds set for each stage.
A minimum trading volume of 50,000,000 USDT is required to be eligible for the Top 3 rewards in the Final Race.

Q: How do I qualify for each stage of the event and what are the minimum trade volumes for rewards?
A: Qualification and rewards are based on trading volume during each stage:
Qualifier 1 (Oct 1–5): First 30 traders to reach 10,000,000 USDT trading volume advance and receive rewards.
Qualifier 2 (Oct 6–12): First 10 traders to reach 30,000,000 USDT trading volume advance to the Final Race and receive rewards.
Final Race (Oct 13–15): Rankings and rewards are determined by the trading volume snapshot at the end of the race. A minimum trading volume of 50,000,000 USDT is required to be eligible for the top 3 awards.

Q: What happens if I don’t reach the required trading volume in time?
A: Traders who do not meet the target trading volume within the designated period of a qualifier will be eliminated and will not receive rewards for that stage.
Q: What if two participants have the same trading volume?
A: If participants finish with the same trading volume at the final snapshot, the rank is determined by who reached that volume first.
Q: Can I join the Final Race directly without completing the qualifiers?
A: No. Only traders who advance through Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2 are eligible for the Final Race. Late entries or direct participation in the Final Race are not permitted.
Q: When and how is the final ranking snapshot taken?
A: The final ranking snapshot is taken at the end of the Final Race on October 15, 2025, at 23:59 UTC. Rankings are determined based on the trading volume recorded at that snapshot, so participants must continue trading until the end to secure their positions.
Q: Can I track my ranking during the event?
A: Yes. Participants can monitor their leaderboard position during each race stage to track progress and adjust trading activity as needed. Please note that final rankings are determined by the official snapshots, so positions may change until the end of each stage.
