USDe Redemption Limits and Fees

Overview

USDe is Ethena Labs' stablecoin designed to offer users a seamless experience across trading, earning, and wallet management. Users can mint USDe using supported stablecoins or redeem USDe back into those assets. This article provides detailed information about redemption limits, fees, processing times, and estimated exchange rates.

Supported Assets

USDe can be minted or redeemed using the following stablecoins:

• USDT
• USDC

Note: Support for other stablecoins may be added in the future.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The platform enforces both minimum and maximum limits for minting and redeeming USDe:

Service Fees

• Fee Rate: 0.07%
• Charged by Ethena during both minting and redemption processes.

Fees are included in the estimated exchange rate and may vary slightly due to network gas fees.

Processing Time

Processing times may vary based on network congestion and verification requirements.

Users can view the estimated convertible balance before confirming a transaction:

• Mint: From amount * usde_amount / size
• Redeem: From amount * collateral_amount / size

Important Notes

• Redemption and minting limits are enforced per ETH block (12 seconds) to ensure network stability.

• Service fees are automatically deducted during the transaction process.

• Users are advised to check their wallet balance and estimated rates before initiating a redemption or mint.

Terms and Conditions

• By participating in the USDe functionalities and programs, including the USDe reward program and the USDe mint and redeem (the “USDe Programs”), you have agreed to follow the Flipster Terms of Use. We refer particularly to Clauses 43 and 44 of the Flipster Terms of Use.
• The terms of the USDe Program are as published on the Site and the mobile application.
• You agree and acknowledge that Flipster makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding USDe, its value, stability, or functionality. USDe is a digital asset developed and issued by Ethena BVI Limited, and by holding or using USDe, you are subject to their terms and conditions (https://docs.ethena.fi/resources/usde-terms-and-conditions).
• Participation in any promotion involving USDe is at your own discretion and risk. Flipster shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from or in connection with your use, holding, or transacting with USDe.
• We may amend the terms of the USDe Program from time to time at our sole discretion. If we do, we will provide you with notice of such amendments by posting the updated terms on the Site and the mobile application.
• We reserve the right of final interpretation of the terms of the USDe Program.
