A: Your VIP status is determined by the available USDT/USD1 wallet balance in your account, excluding any funds that are staked. When you stake funds, they are no longer part of your available balance and thus do not contribute to your VIP eligibility.
Example:
If you hold 25,000 USDT (USDT + USD1 equivalent) in your account and stake the entire amount, you will no longer meet the VIP requirements.
To maintain your VIP status while participating in the event, you may:
- Deposit additional funds into your account to ensure your available balance still meets the VIP Program requirements.
- Unstake funds from the other event to retain a sufficient balance in your account to qualify for VIP status.

Qualify through trading volume by meeting the trade volume criteria of 500,000 USDT (USDT + USD1 equivalent) or more within a 30-day period.
Q: How does the new Cross Margin Auto-Exchange affect my VIP balance?
A: When using Cross Margin, if your account experiences a negative USDT balance of ≤ -5,000 USDT, the system will automatically convert supported assets to USDT to maintain margin requirements.
The Auto-Exchange Priority is:

These conversions may temporarily affect your available USDT wallet balance. If your USDT balance falls below the required VIP threshold during auto-conversion, your VIP status may be affected until the balance is restored.
