This article covers the troubleshooting steps that can be performed when there is an issue with the web trading chart. The issues include, but are not limited to:
A. Inability to load the chart
B. Delay or lag in displaying the chart or price
C. Incorrect price.
These might be caused by connection, device or browser issues.
1. Check internet connection/VPN
Restart your internet connection by switching off your router and turning it back on after 10 seconds. You may also use a different internet connection in case there is an issue with the current connection.
The usage of VPN may interfere with the internet connection. Please make sure the country where your VPN IP address is located does not block the Flipster domain or is blocked by Flipster. Kindly refer to our list of restricted countries here.
2. Try to browse using Incognito or Private mode
Incognito or Private mode let you browse a website privately without any cache, cookies or extensions. If this solves the problem, the issue is most likely caused by the browser’s cache and cookies or extensions. Clearing the cache and cookies and disabling or uninstalling the extension may help to solve this problem.
3. Clear cache and cookies
Cache temporarily stores files or data that utilize software and hardware components, whereas cookies refer to simple text files that a website can store in your device. Clearing cache and cookies may help improve the device's performance and faster data loading.
Please be advised that the drawing in the chart and your password will not be saved once you have cleared the cache and cookies. The information that was cleared will depend on the time range that you have selected (i.e. last 24 hours/last 7 days/all time).
The following is the step-by-step guide on how to clear the cache and cookies in different browsers:

4. Check the browser or device
We recommend you constantly check and update your browser or device to the latest version to prevent unnecessary errors. If this does not work, please try to use a different browser, such as Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox. On the other hand, you may also try to restart your device.
You may also check for any security extensions that prevent the webpage from loading, such as a firewall or antivirus, as it may restrict the website's content.
5. Close unnecessary programs
Running multiple applications simultaneously may cause latency. Close any background-running apps and browser tabs that are not needed.
