Flipster’s Referral VIP Tier Boost Campaign Details

  • Event Period: October 16, 2025, 00:00 UTC - January 1, 2026, 00:00 UTC

 How to Participate:

  • Participants are required to complete the identity verification process.
  • Participants are required to have signed up with a general referral code (non-affiliate).
    • Participants must sign up during the event period.
    • Participants will only be able to receive Boosted VIP tiers within the first 30 days of account creation.

Rewards Breakdown: 

  • Eligible users will receive 2 boosted tiers to their VIP tier up to VIP 6.
  • Boosted VIP tier benefits will cease after 30 days of account creation.
    • Boosted VIP tiers will be updated on an hourly basis.
    • Only 1 type of Boosted VIP tier benefit may apply at any point in time.

Example: 

Scenario 1

User A signs up for a new account with a general (non-affiliate) referral code and completes the identity verification process. 
User A will receive a +2 VIP tier boost for 30 days.

Scenario 2

User B signed up for a new account but did not apply a general referral code until 14 days after creating the account.
User B will receive a +2 VIP tier boost for 16 days.

Scenario 3

User C signed up for a new account but did not apply a general referral code until 32 days after creating the account.
User C will not receive VIP tier boost as the account is >30 days old.

 

 

Important Information:

  • By participating in Flipster’s Referral VIP Tier Boost Campaign, participants acknowledge and agree to all stated terms and conditions, including our Terms of Use, in particular Clauses 43 and 44 of the Terms of Use.
  • Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and to vary or discontinue Flipster’s Referral VIP Tier Boost Campaign without prior notice; such changes apply to both new and existing participants.
  • Participants eligible for the event rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts.
  • Flipster will use your nickname to announce winners where it is applicable.
  • Flipster’s Referral VIP Tier Boost Campaign rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed, or exchanged for cash.

 

Eligibility:

Flipster reserved the right to: 

  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts;
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns, or Programs;
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways, or Incentives;
  • Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;
  • Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

  • The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate, dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
  • The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you.
  • More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;
  • Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to:
    1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent
    2. Wash trading
    3. Volume faking
    4. Market manipulation
    5. Self-dealing
    6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs
  • Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete;

 

Liability:

  • Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information, software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
  • Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules, including, but not limited to, the above-mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
  • Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
