We have made a thorough check on the attempts made by the affected users. This compensation is calculated for the affect users based on the formula below during the system incident that occurred from March 27, 2025, from 02:40 to 04:01 UTC:
[Case 1] For users that have attempted to close their positions during the system incident, but failed to execute:
Long position: Quantity × (Highest Mid Price during the system incident - Price at the end of system incident)
Short position: Quantity × (Price at the end of system incident - Lowest Mid Price during the system incident)
Compensation will be paid if the calculated amount is positive.
[Case 2] For users that have attempted to open their positions during the system incident, but failed to execute:
Long position: Highest quantity attempted to open × (Highest Mid Price during the system incident - Lowest Attempted Opening Price)
Short position: Highest quantity attempted to open × (Highest Attempted Opening Price - Lowest Mid Price during the system incident)
If the user has attempted to open both long and short positions, both attempts will be compensated accordingly.
