A former customer support employee, who left in January, retained and misused customer data beyond what was authorized and refused to remove the data upon departure. We are taking legal action for this misuse. We take these actions extremely seriously and are committed to protecting our users' information.
To clarify the recent allegations, Flipster follows strict protocols to safeguard user data. Claims of senior employees mishandling data are false, and we are in full compliance with labor laws. Our financial stability is strong, and your assets remain secure with us. Additionally, we pride ourselves on maintaining a positive and respectful work environment, and claims of a toxic workplace are unfounded. In response to this incident, we’ve already implemented additional safeguards to further enhance data protection and prevent similar occurrences.
