• Event Period: March 17, 2025 at 00:00 UTC until March 24, 2025 at 00:00 UTC
• Reward Distribution: By March 28, 2025 23:59 UTC
• Rewards: Earn up to 1,000,000 USDT and up to 100,000 USDT worth of position airdrop 

USDT Staking

• Token Name: $USDT
• Minimum Staking: 1 $USDT
• Maximum Staking: 50,000 $USDT
• Participants are required to have a total trade volume of ≥ 50,000 USDT during the campaign period to be eligible to start accumulating rewards.
  • Trade Volume for both Spot and Perpetual Swap will be considered.
• Unstaking: Participants may stake, unstake or restake $USDT at any time.
  • Unstaking will forfeit any and all rewards accumulated.
  • Rewards upon restaking will only be calculated from the time of restaking.

Note: Staked USDT will remove the staked amount from your USDT wallet balance. This applies to all programs and campaigns affected by your USDT wallet balance including Earn campaigns, earn-pools and VIP status eligibility. 

How to Participate:

• Participants are automatically enrolled upon the identity verification process completion.
• Participants are required to register their participation under the [Launchpool] tab.

Rewards Breakdown: 

• The campaign reward will be distributed based on $USDT staked on Flipster by the participants.
• An additional airdrop reward will be given to all eligible participants.
• 1 of 2 multipliers may apply to the $USDT staked on Flipster within the launchpool period:

• Only 1 tier with the highest attained staking amount multiplier can be applied to a single user
  • Only users with a First deposit made after March 1, 2025 at 00:00 UTC will be eligible for the 5X staking amount multiplier
  • Daily Reward Calculation Logic: (142,857.142 USDT) * (User $USDT staked with multipliers applied) / (Sum of $USDT staked by eligible users with multipliers applied)
    
    
  • Position Airdop Reward calculation: 
    10% of USDT reward in initial margin for a Position Airdrop

Example:

The following reward amounts are based on assumptions:

1. User A achieved ≥ 50,000 USDT Trade Volume on Day 1 of the event.
   User A will begin accumulating rewards from Day 1
   If user A’s Final USDT reward: 2,500 USDT
   Additional position airdrop reward initial margin: 10% * 2,500 USDT = 250 USDT
   
   
2. User B achieved ≥ 50,000 USDT Trade Volume on Day 3 of the event.
   User B will begin accumulating rewards from Day 3
   If user B’s Final USDT reward: 1,500 USDT
   Additional position airdrop reward initial margin: 10% * 1,500 USDT = 150 USDT
   
   
3. User C did not achieve ≥ 50,000 USDT Trade Volume during the event.
   User C will not be eligible for rewards
   User C’s Final USDT reward: Not eligible for rewards
   Additional position airdrop reward initial margin: No additional rewards

Important Information:

• By participating in the Flipster’s Million-Dollar Fest Campaign, participants acknowledge and agree to all stated terms and conditions.
• Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the  Flipster’s Million-Dollar Fest Campaign without prior notice; such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.
• Participants eligible for the event rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts.
• The  Flipster’s Million-Dollar Fest Campaign rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.

Eligibility:

Flipster reserved the right to: 

• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts;
• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs;
• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;
• Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;
• Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

• The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
• The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you;
• More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;
• Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to:
  1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent
  2. Wash trading
  3. Volume faking
  4. Market manipulation
  5. Self-dealing
  6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program
• Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete;

Liability:

• Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
• In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
• Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
• Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
