Flipster’s January Zealy Leaderboard Event Details

• Event Period: January 8, 2025, 08:00 UTC - January 31, 2025, 16:00 UTC
• Reward Distribution: By February 7, 2025, 23:59 UTC
• Rewards: Prize pool of 2,500 USDT 

How to Participate:

Participants are required to:

• Sign up for a Zealy.io account and follow our Flipster page on Zealy.io
• Complete identity verification on their Flipster account 
• Complete tasks on Zealy.io to earn XP

The top 10 participants with the highest accumulated XP will qualify to share a pool of 300 USDT. The top 100 eligible participants on the leaderboard who have accumulated XP will qualify to share a pool of 2,200 USDT.

Rewards Breakdown: 

Tasks to earn XP will be added throughout the month of January on Flipster’s Zealy page.

Accumulation of XP will contribute to participant rankings on Flipster’s Zealy Leaderboard. Event rewards will be based on the ranking as of January 31, 2025, 16:00 UTC.

Event rewards will be distributed in USDT and are divided into 2 pools:

*In the event where participants have achieved the same amount of XP, ranking will be determined by participants who achieved the rank in the shorter amount of time*
**Participants who are eligible to receive rewards from Pool 1 are also eligible to receive rewards from Pool 2**

Important Information:

• By participating in Flipster’s January Zealy Leaderboard, participants acknowledge and agree to all stated terms and conditions.
• Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and to vary or discontinue Flipster’s January Zealy Leaderboard without prior notice, such changes apply to both new and existing participants.
• Participants eligible for the event rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts.
• Flipster’s January Zealy Leaderboard rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in, or exchanged for cash.

Eligibility:

Flipster reserved the right to: 

• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts;
• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs;
• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;
• Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;
• Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

• The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
• The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you;
• More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;
• Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to:
  1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent
  2. Wash trading
  3. Volume faking
  4. Market manipulation
  5. Self-dealing
  6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program
• Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete;

Liability:

• Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
• In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
• Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above-mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
• Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
