Please be advised that with effect from 24 October 2024 at 00:00 UTC, Flipster will make the following updates to our Identity Verification policy:

For users that are requested to resubmit the necessary documents for re-verification of their Flipster accounts:
- An alert will be prompted via the Flipster mobile application and official website (depending on the source of login) to request for resubmission of documents.
- Users will be given 7 days to resubmit the documents, of which the resubmission period will be stated in the prompted alert.
- Failure to comply will result in a restriction of deposit and withdrawal functionality of the Flipster account.
- Please note that the 7 day grace period will be terminated once you have clicked on 'Verify'.
