Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619

  • By participating in the “Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619” event, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. 
  • Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the “Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619” without prior notice, such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.

Task 

  • To participate in the “Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619” campaign participants must complete the Identity verification process.
  • To participate in the “Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619” campaign participants must connect their TON Wallets to the TON Society page. 
  • To participate in the “Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619” campaign participants must make a USDT deposit from the connected TON Wallets to their Flipster accounts within the deposit period: 18 June 2024 at 15:00 UTC to 18 July 2024 at 23:59 UTC.
        • The aforementioned USDT value will be calculated as per the index price of the deposit currency at the time of first deposit.
        • Withdrawing to your TON Wallet from your Flipster account, followed by redepositing the same amount through the TON network will count towards your Total Net Deposit
  • Participants in the “Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619”  campaign will receive:
        • 1 Ticket for a USDT deposit of any value within the deposit period
        • 5 Tickets for a Net USDT deposit with a value greater or equal to 50 USDT within the deposit period
        • 10 Tickets for a Net USDT deposit with a value greater or equal to 100 USDT within the deposit period
        • Only one reward applies per user
  • In addition, referrers with referees also participating in the “Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619”  campaign will receive:
        • 20 Tickets for each referee also participating in the “Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619” campaign (Maximum of 10 referees)
        • Referees must have used the referral code of the referrer at the point of registering their Flipster trading account
  • Participants in the “Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619”  campaign will share in the total prize pool of 50,000 USDT
        • (Your Tickets / Total # of Tickets)*Total Prize Pool
        • USDT campaign rewards are rounded down to 3 decimal places. 

Timeline

  • Campaign period for the “Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619” begins on 19 June 2024 at 08:00 UTC to 18 July 2024 at 23:59 UTC. 
  • Deposit period for the “Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619” begins on 18 June 2024 at 15:00 UTC to 18 July 2024 at 23:59 UTC. 

 

Eligibility 

Flipster reserved the right to: 

  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts; 
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs; 
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;
  • Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;
  • Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

  • The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
  • The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you;
  • More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;
  • Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to;
    1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent 
    2. Wash trading 
    3. Volume faking
    4. Market manipulation
    5. Self-dealing 
    6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program
  • Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete;

Rewards 

  • Participants eligible to receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts within 7 days of the end of the campaign period
    • Reward distribution will begin from 25 July 2024 by 23:59 UTC
  • The “Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619” campaign rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.
  • Flipster reserves the right to remove the “Soulbound Token Campaign - 240619” campaign rewards at our sole discretion and without prior notice. 

Liability 

  • Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
  • Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
  • Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
