Stablecoin Deposit Campaign - 240509 [Completed]

  • By participating in the “Stablecoin Deposit Campaign - 240509” event, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. 
  • Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the “Stablecoin Deposit Campaign - 240509” without prior notice, such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.
    • In case of sudden market fluctuations, such as the breaking of a stablecoin peg, Flipster may terminate the event immediately without prior notification.

Task 

  • To participate in the “Stablecoin Deposit Campaign - 240509” campaign participants must complete the Identity verification process.
  • To participate in the “Stablecoin Deposit Campaign - 240509” campaign participants must make a NET deposit with a value greater or equal to 100 USDT into their Flipster accounts within the campaign period: 9 May 2024 at 12:00 UTC to 8 June 2024 at 23:59 UTC.
    • The aforementioned USDT value will be calculated as per the index price of the first deposit currency at the time of first deposit.
    • The aforementioned NET deposit value will be calculated as the $USDT and $USDC deposit value made on the BSC network and Solana network minus the total withdrawal value within the campaign period: 9 May 2024 at 12:00 UTC to 8 June 2024 at 23:59 UTC.
    • Deposits from a Flipster trading account into a second Flipster trading account will not be considered. 
  • Participants in the “Stablecoin Deposit Campaign - 240509”  campaign will receive:
    • Additional 2% APR on deposit earn if NET is greater or equal to 100 USDT for deposits of $USDT made on the BSC network and $USDC made on the Solana network.
    • Additional 4% APR on deposit earn if NET is greater or equal to 1000 USDT for deposits of $USDT made on the BSC network and $USDC made on the Solana network.
    • Additional 5% APR on deposit earn if NET is greater or equal to 10,000 USDT for deposits of $USDT made on the BSC network and $USDC made on the Solana network.
  • Above deposit earnings are in addition to Flipster Earn Campaign - 240403 and apply to the account entire $USDT wallet balance.
  • USDT campaign rewards are rounded down to 3 decimal places. 
  • Withdrawal Fees on $USDT and $USDC will be waived from 9 May 2024 at 12:00 UTC until 11 July 2024 at 02:45 UTC.

Timeline

  • Campaign period for the “Stablecoin Deposit Campaign - 240509” begins on 9 May 2024 at 12:00 UTC to 8 June 2024 at 23:59 UTC. 

Eligibility 

Flipster reserved the right to: 

  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts; 
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs; 
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;
  • Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;
  • Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

  • The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
  • The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you;
  • More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;
  • Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to;
    1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent 
    2. Wash trading 
    3. Volume faking
    4. Market manipulation
    5. Self-dealing 
    6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program
  • Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete;

Rewards 

  • Participants eligible for the campaign rewards will receive campaign rewards weekly, directly into their Flipster accounts and notified via email and push notifications.
  • System snapshots to calculate rewards distribution will be taken every Thursday at 00:00 UTC

    • 30 May 2024
    • 6 June 2024
    • 9 June 2024
  • Participants eligible for the campaign rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts within 3 days of system snapshot.
  • Reward distribution will begin from 17 May 2024.
  • System snapshots to calculate NET deposit will be taken every hour from 9 May 2024 at 12:00 UTC to 8 June 2024 at 23:59 UTC.
  • The “Stablecoin Deposit Campaign - 240509” campaign rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.
  • Flipster reserves the right to remove the “Stablecoin Deposit Campaign - 240509” campaign rewards at our sole discretion and without prior notice. 

Liability 

  • Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
  • Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
  • Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
