Flipster VIP Program - 240403 [Fully Subscribed]

  • By participating in the “Flipster VIP Program - 240403” event, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. 
  • Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the  “Flipster VIP Program - 240403”
  •  event without prior notice, such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.

Program

  • “Flipster VIP Program - 240403” award VIP status to users with trade volume with value greater than or equal to 5,000,000 USDT within a 15 days period
    • Last 15 days total trade volume is calculated hourly
    • VIP Status has an expiry date of 7 days from the moment that it is awarded
    • Please note however that VIP Status refreshes as long as trade volume with value greater than or equal to 5,000,000 USDT within a 15 days period is maintained
  • Participants are eligible for a rebate in the form of Flipster Bonus on weekly trading volume
    • Rebates are calculated weekly once VIP Status is awarded
    • Commission is calculated as 0.1 bps of contributed trading volume

VIP Earn Pool

  • The VIP Earn Pool total Daily campaign reward pool of 2,000 USDT will be distributed in proportion to the daily average USDT wallet balance of participants.
  • Daily average will be calculated by averaging 24 random hourly snapshot timestamps of USDT wallet balance from 00:00 UTC to 23:59 UTC daily.
  • USDT campaign rewards are rounded down to 2 decimal places
  • Calculation Logic:

    • 2,000 USDT * Avg(User USDT balance) / Avg(Sum of USDT balance of Eligible Users)

  • Any average USDT wallet balance exceeding 50,000 USDT will not be considered towards the campaign reward calculations. 

  • Any unrealised profit or loss will not be considered towards the campaign reward calculations.

  • Daily rewards will be announced here.  

Timeline

  • Program period for the “Flipster VIP Program - 240403” begins on 3 April 2024 00:00 UTC and will end on 19 May 2024 at 23:59 UTC

Eligibility 

Flipster reserved the right to: 

  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts; 
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs; 
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;
  • Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;
  • Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

  • The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
  • The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you;
  • More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;
  • Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to;
    1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent 
    2. Wash trading 
    3. Volume faking
    4. Market manipulation
    5. Self-dealing 
    6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program
  • Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete.

Bonus 

  • Participants eligible for the campaign rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts within 7 days of system snapshot
  • For rewards distribution purposes, system snapshots will be taken weekly from every Monday at 00:00 UTC to every Sunday at 23:59 UTC (First system snapshot will be taken from Wednesday 3 April 2024 at 00:00 UTC to Sunday 7 April 2024 at 23:59 UTC)
  • Reward distribution will begin from 15 April 2024 by 23:59 UTC
  • The “Flipster VIP Program - 240403” campaign rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.
  • The “Flipster VIP Program - 240403” campaign rewards awarded in Flipster Bonus can be used as initial margin for trading. Please note that Flipster Bonus cannot be used to directly offset trading losses, as payment for funding fees, converted to other currencies or withdrawn from the Flipster wallet.
  • The “Flipster VIP Program - 240403” campaign rewards awarded in Flipster Bonus has an expiry date of 3 days from the moment that it is credited. Please note however that the expiry date refreshes if you enter into a position or if there is a change in the balance of your Bonus.
  • Flipster reserves the right to remove the “Flipster VIP Program - 240403” campaign rewards awarded in Flipster Bonus at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Liability 

  • Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
  • Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rule including, but not limited to, the above mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
  • Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
