  • By participating in the “Flipster Earn Pool Campaign - 240201” event, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. 

  • Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the “Flipster Earn Pool Campaign - 240201” without prior notice, such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.

Task

  • The “Flipster Earn Pool Campaign - 240201” total Daily campaign reward pool of 10,000 USDT will be distributed in proportion to the daily average USDT wallet balance of participants. 

    • Daily average will be calculated by averaging 24 random hourly snapshot timestamps of USDT wallet balance from 00:00 UTC to 23:59 UTC daily.

    • USDT campaign rewards are rounded down to 2 decimal places

  • Calculation Logic:

    • 10,000 USDT * Avg(User USDT balance) / Avg(Sum of USDT balance of Eligible Users)

  • To claim the “Flipster Earn Pool Campaign - 240201” campaign rewards, participants must contribute a Daily trade volume with value greater than or equal to 10,000 USDT.

  • Any average USDT wallet balance exceeding 10,000 USDT will not be considered towards the campaign reward calculations. 

  • Any unrealized profit or loss will not be considered towards the campaign reward calculations.

  • Daily rewards will be announced here.  

Timeline

  • Promotion period for the “Flipster Earn Pool Campaign - 240201” begins on 1 February 2024 at 00:00 UTC until 2 April 2024 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility 

Flipster reserved the right to: 

  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts; 

  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs; 

  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;

  • Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;

  • Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

  • The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;

  • The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you;

  • More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;

  • Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to;

    1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent 

    2. Wash trading 

    3. Volume faking

    4. Market manipulation

    5. Self-dealing 

    6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program

  • Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete;

Campaign Rewards 

  • System snapshots will be taken weekly from every Monday at 00:00 UTC to every Sunday at 23:59 UTC ( First system snapshot will be taken from Thursday 1 February 2024 at 00:00 UTC to Sunday 4 February 2024 at 23:59 UTC)

  • Participants eligible for the campaign rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts within 7 days of system snapshot.

  • Reward distribution will begin from 5 February 2024 by 23:59 UTC

  • The “Flipster Earn Pool Campaign - 240201”  campaign rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.

Liability 

  • Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).

  • In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.

  • Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.

  • Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
