[Week 33] Trading Volume Competition [Completed] – Flipster

By participating in the “[Week 33] Trading Volume Competition” event, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the “[Week 33] Trading Volume Competition” without prior notice, such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.

Tasks

To be eligible for the trading volume prizes in USDT and Flipster Bonus, participants must make and maintain a net deposit value greater than or equal to 150 USDT within the promotion period: 16 August 2023 at 00:00 UTC to 27 August 2023 at 23:59 UTC.
The aforementioned USDT value will be calculated as per the index price of the first deposit currency at the time of deposit. Participants must maintain a net deposit to withdrawal exceeding 150 USDT on their Flipster trading account within the promotion period: 16 August 2023 at 00:00 UTC to 27 August 2023 at 23:59 UTC
Net deposit amount refers to Total deposit amount into account - Total withdrawal amount into account.

Timeline

Promotion period for the “[Week 33] Trading Volume Competition” begins on 16 August 2023 at 00:00 UTC and ends on 27 August 2023 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility

Deposits from a Flipster trading account into a second Flipster trading account will not be considered as a deposit and will result in disqualification.
Participants who are found to be involved in fraudulent activities such as wash trading, market manipulation, operation of multiple accounts, and self-dealing will be disqualified.
Flipster reserves the right of final acceptance of participants.

Bonus

Participants eligible for the trade volume rewards will receive Flipster Bonus directly into their Flipster accounts on 29 August 2023 at 23:59 UTC.
The “[Week 33] Trading Volume Competition” Bonus cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.
The “[Week 33] Trading Volume Competition” Bonus awarded in Flipster Bonus can be used as initial margin for trading. Please note that Flipster Bonus cannot be used to directly offset trading losses, as payment for funding fees, converted to other currencies or withdrawn from the Flipster wallet.
The “[Week 33] Trading Volume Competition” Bonus awarded in Flipster Bonus has an expiry date of 3 days from the moment that it is credited. Please note however that the expiry date refreshes if you enter into a position or if there is a change in the balance of your Bonus.
Flipster reserves the right to remove the “[Week 33] Trading Volume Competition” rewards awarded in Flipster Bonus from the Flipster wallet at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Liability

Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
