How do I calculate the trading fee?
Trading Fee = Filled Quantity * Executed Price * Taker Fee or Maker Fee.
Considering the following examples:
Scenario:
Trader A, a VIP0 trader, executes a market order for 2 BTCUSDT perpetual swap contracts at a price of 100,000 USDT. With a taker fee rate of 0.06%, the trading fee is calculated as:
2 BTC × 100,000 USDT × 0.06% = 120 USDT
Trader B, a VIP6 trader, executes a market order for 2 BTCUSDT perpetual swap contracts at a price of 100,000 USDT. With a taker fee rate of 0.04%, the trading fee is calculated as:
2 BTC × 100,000 USDT × 0.04% = 80 USDT
Trader C, a VIP11 trader, executes a limit order for 5 BTCUSDT perpetual swap contracts at a price of 100,000 USDT. With a maker fee rate of 0.01%, the trading fee is calculated as:
5 BTC × 100,000 USDT × 0.01% = 50 USDT
Note: The example above is shown in USDT. For USD1-quoted pairs, the calculation is done in the same way.
