Introducing the VIP Concierge Trading Challenge 2.0

We are excited to launch the VIP Concierge Trading Challenge 2.0, an exclusive and personalised campaign designed to challenge and reward each member of the Flipster VIP Concierge program.

VIP Concierge Trading Challenge Details

• Event Period: April 15, 2025 at 00:00 UTC to April 30, 2025 at 00:00 UTC 
• Reward Distribution: May 2, 2025 by 23:59 UTC
• Rewards: 500 USDT + Apple Products (Limited to Top 3 participants with the highest volume traded)  

How to Participate:

• This campaign is only exclusively to selected VIPs in the Concierge program.
• Selected VIPs have to be registered to the Concierge program before the start of the event period.
• Participants must achieve a specific trade volume requirement which will be communicated to you by your respective VIP Account Manager.
  • Trade volume targets are communicated based on the trailing 15-day trade volume total as viewable on the [Accounts] page on the mobile application and the [VIP Status] page on the website.
  • The final snapshot will be taken on April 30, 2025 at 00:00 UTC.
  • The minimum trailing 15-day trade volume total contribution required to be eligible for rewards is 5,000,000 USDT.

Example:

VIP A
Target given by VIP account manager: 10,000,000 USDT
If VIP A achieves target on April 23, 2025 and maintains the trailing 15-day trade volume until the final snapshot on April 30, 2025.

VIP A will be eligible to receive the reward.

VIP B
Target given by VIP account manager: 20,000,000 USDT
If VIP B achieves the target on April 23, 2025 but falls below 20,000,000 USDT trailing 15-day trade volume during the final snapshot on April 30, 2025.

VIP B will not be eligible to receive the reward.

Rewards Breakdown: 

• Rewards eligibility will be calculated based on the trailing 15-day trade volume total snapshot on April 30, 2025 at 00:00 UTC.
• Eligible participants will receive 500 USDT directly into their Flipster accounts.
  

Important Information:

• By participating in the VIP Concierge Trading Challenge 2.0, participants acknowledge and agree to all stated terms and conditions, including our Terms of Use, in particular Clauses 43 and 44 of the Terms of Use.
• Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and to vary or discontinue VIP Concierge Trading Challenge 2.0 without prior notice, such changes apply to both new and existing participants.
• Participants eligible for the event rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts.
• VIP Concierge Trading Challenge 2.0 rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in, or exchanged for cash.

Eligibility:

Flipster reserved the right to: 

• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts;
• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs;
• Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;
• Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;
• Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

• The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
• The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you;
• More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;
• Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to:
  1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent
  2. Wash trading
  3. Volume faking
  4. Market manipulation
  5. Self-dealing
  6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program
• Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete;

Liability:

• Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
• In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
• Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above-mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
• Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
