Q: How can I participate in the Flipster VIP Concierge Program?
A: Participation is by invitation only. Each week, users within the top 20% of all VIP members will receive an invitation. The program is based on a weekly snapshot taken from Sunday to Saturday.
Q: How do I know if I have been invited?
A: If you are eligible, you will receive an invitation email from our VIP Concierge Team. Invitations are valid for 7 days, so make sure to submit the invitation form within that time frame.
Q: How often can I receive an invitation?
A: You can receive an invitation once per 30-day period. If you’ve already received an invitation within the preceding 30 days, you will be excluded from the invitation list for the next cycle.
Q: How long will I retain my VIP Concierge Program benefits?
A: Once you join the program, your membership is protected for the first 60 days. After that, you must remain in the top 20% of VIP members to continue enjoying the benefits.
Q: What happens after the 60-day protected period ends?
A: After the 60-day protected period, if you are still in the top 20% of VIP members, you will continue to have access to the concierge service. If you drop out of the top 20%, a 30-day grace period will be provided to help you retain access.
Q: What happens if I drop out of the top 20% of VIP members?
A: If you drop out of the top 20% after the 60-day protected period, your exclusive access will be paused. However, you will have a 30-day grace period to maintain your position in the top 20% and keep your benefits.
Q: Can I lose my VIP Concierge Program access?
A: Yes, if you do not meet the eligibility criteria by the end of your 30-day grace period, you will lose access to the benefits provided by the VIP Concierge Program.
