Flipster’s VIP Concierge Program — an invitation-only experience designed to provide elite crypto traders and investors with the highest level of personalized service and exclusive benefits.
How to Participate:
- Invite only basis.
- Users within the top 20% of all our VIP members weekly will be invited.
- Weekly snapshots taken from Sunday to Saturday each week
- Users within the top 20% of all our VIP members weekly will be invited.
- Invited users will receive an invitation email from our Concierge Team.
- Invitations will only be valid for 7 days.
- Users that have received an invitation within the preceding 30 days will be excluded from the invitation list.
- Our VIP Relationship Managers will reach out to users who have completed the signup process via their preferred mode of contact.

Concierge Details:
- Upon successfully joining our VIP Concierge Program, you will gain exclusive access to personalized services and premium benefits.
- Your exclusive access to our services is protected for a period of up to 60 days.
- First 60 days upon onboarding - Full membership protection.
- First 60 days upon onboarding - Full membership protection.
- After the first 60-day protected period, your exclusive access will continue as long as your position within the top 20% of VIP members is maintained.
- The 60-day protected period is only given once per VIP

- A grace period of 30 days will be provided for you after the first 60 days to allow you to retain your exclusive access if you drop out of the top 20% VIP rankings.
- The 30-day grace period can occur more than once but not consecutively.

- If you don’t meet the eligibility criteria by the end of the 30-day grace period, you will lose access to your VIP benefits mentioned above.
- Your exclusive access to our services is protected for a period of up to 60 days.
Example:
1. If Concierge member A drops out of the top 20% of VIP members
- Onboarded: February 1, 2025
- 60-day Protected Period ends: April 2, 2025
- 30-day Grace period ends: May 2, 2025
Concierge Member A’s access to the concierge service will end on June 1, 2025
2. If Concierge member B maintains the top 20% of VIP members
- Onboarded: February 1, 2025
- 60-day Protected Period ends: April 2, 2025
Since Concierge member B maintained their position within the top 20% of VIP members, their access to the concierge service will continue until they drop out of the VIP ranking; at which point, their 30-day grace period will commence.
Important Information:
- By participating in the VIP Concierge Program, participants acknowledge and agree to all stated terms and conditions.
- Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the VIP Concierge Program without prior notice; such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.
- The VIP Concierge Program rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.
Eligibility:
Flipster reserved the right to:
- Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or accounts;
- Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs;
- Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;
- Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;
- Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:
Flipster reasonably suspects that:
- The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
- The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you;
- More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;
- Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to:
- Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent
- Wash trading
- Volume faking
- Market manipulation
- Self-dealing
- Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program
- Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete;
Liability:
- Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
- In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
- Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
- Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
