Introducing the Spark Rewards Program

Spark Rewards Season 1 by Flipster is a campaign where users earn loyalty points called Sparks through their trading activities, with multipliers on Sparks earned based on their USDT balance, culminating in a mystery prize reveal after the campaign ends.

 

Spark Rewards Program Details:

  • Program Period: 12 September 2024 at 05:00 UTC until 12 January 2025 at 23:59 UTC
  • Leaderboard Ranking: Compare your earned Spark points with other users
  • Rewards: Reward distribution details will be announced throughout Q4 2024, so please stay tuned.

How to Participate:

  • Participants are automatically enrolled upon identity verification process completion.
  • Spark points are earned automatically when you trade.

Points Breakdown: 

  • Trading:
    • Earn 1 Spark point for every 10,000 USDT value traded.
  • Asset Balance: 
    • Apply a multiplier based on the average hourly USDT Wallet balance of the previous day

      More than or equal to 1,000 USDT 1.5x
      More than or equal to 10,000 USDT 2.0x
      More than or equal to 50,000 USDT 3.0x
      More than or equal to 100,000 USDT 4.0x
  • Spark points are updated daily between 00:00 UTC to 00:30 UTC.

  • Spark points calculation logic: Every 10,000 USDT Value traded * Spark Multiplier

    E.g. A 100,000 USDT trade generates 10 Spark points, and an average hourly USDT wallet balance of 60,000 USDT gives 3.0x Spark multiplier. 10 Spark points multiplied by 3.0x Spark multiplier will earn 30 Spark points.

Important Information:

  • By participating in the Spark Rewards Program, participants acknowledge and agree to all stated terms and conditions.
  • Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the Spark Rewards Program without prior notice, such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.
  • Participants eligible for the program rewards will receive program rewards directly into their Flipster accounts.
  • The Spark Rewards Program rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.

Eligibility:

Flipster reserved the right to: 

  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts;
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs;
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;
  • Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;
  • Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

  • The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
  • The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you;
  • More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;
  • Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to:
    • Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent
    • Wash trading
    • Volume faking
    • Market manipulation
    • Self-dealing
    • Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program
  • Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete;

Liability:

  • Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
  • Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
  • Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
