  • By participating in the “XAUT Launchpool - 240820” event, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
  • Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the “XAUT Launchpool - 240820” without prior notice, such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.

Task

  • To participate in the “XAUT Launchpool - 240820” campaign participants must complete the Identity verification process.
  • The Daily 12000 USDT launchpool reward will be distributed based on $XAUT  staked on Flipster by the participants.
    • Minimum staking of 0.001 $XAUT to be considered eligible
    • Maximum staking of 5 $XAUT 
  • 1 out of the 3 multipliers may apply to the $XAUT staked on Flipster.
    • Participants that have not deposited to the Flipster trading platform prior to 16 August 2024 at 00:00 UTC: 2X Multiplier
    • Participants that have converted more than 3 $XAUT or greater within the launchpool period: 3X Multiplier
    • Participants that maintain Flipster VIP Status within the launchpool period: 4X Multiplier
  • Daily Reward Calculation Logic:
    • 12,000 USDT *(User $XAUT staked with multipliers applied) / (Sum of $XAUT staked with multipliers applied of Eligible Users)
  • Participants may unstake $XAUT at any time
    • This action however will forfeit any and all rewards due.
  • Daily rewards can be checked on the Earn tab within the Flipster mobile application
  • Your participation in this Campaign does not entail any movement of your Deposits away from our Trading Platform. Your Deposits continue to be governed in accordance with the Platform Terms, including but not limited to Clause 11.8 of the Platform Terms.

  • Promotion period for the  “XAUT Launchpool - 240820” begins on 20 August 2024 at 00:00 UTC until 25 August 2024 at 00:00 UTC

Eligibility 

Flipster reserved the right to: 

  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts;
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs;
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;
  • Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;
  • Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

  • The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
  • The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you;
  • More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;
  • Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to;
    1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent
    2. Wash trading
    3. Volume faking
    4. Market manipulation
    5. Self-dealing
    6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program

  • Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete;

Campaign Rewards 

  • Participants eligible for the campaign rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts.
  • Reward distribution will begin from 25 August 2024 by 23:59 UTC
  • The “XAUT Launchpool - 240820” campaign rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.

Liability 

  • Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
  • Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
  • Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
