  • By participating in the “MAX Launch Airdrop - 240808” event, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

  • Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the “MAX Launch Airdrop - 240808” without prior notice, such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.

Task 

  • To participate in the “MAX Launch Airdrop - 240808” campaign participants must complete the Identity verification process.
  • To participate in the “MAX Launch Airdrop - 240808” campaign participants must:
    • Open at least one MAXUSDT.PERP position within the campaign period 
    • Maintain USDT wallet balance of greater than or equal to 50 USDT within the campaign period 
    • The TOP 2000 participants ranked by trading volume within the campaign period will receive a MAX position airdrop at a minimum 5 USDT value.
      • Only trading volume on MAXUSDT.PERP will be eligible.
    • Campaign rewards will be randomly generated with asymmetrical distribution
    • Campaign rewards will be Perpetual Swap Contact positions with the following specifications:
      • Symbol - MAX
      • Contract - MAXUSDT.PERP
      • Direction - Long or Short 
      • Initial Margin - Up to 1000 USDT value
      • Leverage - Up to Max leverage
  • Perpetual Swap Contract Positions received from the “MAX Launch Airdrop - 240808” cannot be closed within 60 minutes of receiving the MAX position airdrop
  • Perpetual Swap Contract Positions received from the “MAX Launch Airdrop - 240808” will be attached with a Take Profit (TP) order set to 110% of the initial Perpetual Swap Contract listing price

Timeline

  • Campaign period for the “MAX Launch Airdrop - 240808” begins at the launch of MAXUSDT.PERP and will end 48 hours after the launch of MAXUSDT.PERP. 

Eligibility 

  • Each individual may claim the “MAX Launch Airdrop - 240808” Campaign Rewards once.
  • Please note that only 1 Position Airdrop reward will be awarded per unique device identification number during the campaign period.
    • Only the First Flipster account per unique device identification number will be awarded a Position Airdrop. 
    • Any subsequent Flipster accounts will not be awarded a Position Airdrop. 

Flipster reserved the right to: 

  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts; 
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs; 
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;
  • Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;
  • Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

  • The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
  • The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you;
  • More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;
  • Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to;
    1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent 
    2. Wash trading 
    3. Volume faking
    4. Market manipulation
    5. Self-dealing 
    6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program
  • Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete;

Bonus 

  • Participants eligible will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts within 72 hours after the launch of MAXUSDT.PERP
  • The “MAX Launch Airdrop - 240808” campaign rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.
  • Flipster reserves the right to remove the “MAX Launch Airdrop - 240808” campaign rewards at our sole discretion and without prior notice. 

Liability 

  • Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
  • Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rules including, but not limited to, the above mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
  • Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
