  • By participating in the “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” event, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. 
  • Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the  “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” event without prior notice, such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.
  • Net Deposit refers to Total Deposit made from the start of campaign period minus Total Withdrawal made from the time of account registration.



Timeline

 

  • Program period for the “Rewards Hub Program - 240628”  begins on 28 June 2024 at 03:00 UTC and will end when Fully Subscribed.



Task 1

 

  • To participate in the “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” campaign participants must complete the Identity verification process.
  • To participate in the “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” campaign participants must have no prior deposits into their Flipster trading account.
  • Participants completing the Task 1 will be able to claim the 5 USDT reward.
    • Rewards can be claimed immediately but participants will only be eligible to receive rewards after tasks 1 to 4 have been completed.
    • Rewards will be distributed within 7 days after all tasks have been completed.
    • Participants must maintain a Net Deposit of 50 USDT or greater until reward distribution to remain eligible.



Task 2

 

  • To participate in the “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” campaign participants must have no prior deposits into their Flipster trading account
  • To participate in the  “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” campaign participants must make a Net Deposit of 50 USDT into their Flipster trading accounts.
    • The aforementioned USDT value will be calculated as per the index price of the deposit currency at the time of deposit.
    • Deposits from a Flipster trading account into a second Flipster trading account will not be considered. 
  • Participants completing Task 2 will be able to claim the reward worth up to 25 USDT
    • Task rewards will be randomly generated with asymmetrical distribution
    • Rewards can be claimed immediately but participants will only be eligible to receive rewards after tasks 1 to 4 have been completed.
    • Rewards will be distributed within 7 days after all tasks have been completed.
    • Participants must maintain a Net Deposit of 50 USDT or greater until reward distribution to remain eligible.





Task 3

 

  • To participate in the “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” campaign participants must have no prior deposits into their Flipster trading account
  • To participate in the  “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” campaign participants must make a trade on their Flipster trading accounts.  
  • Participants completing Task 3 will be able to claim the reward worth up to 20 USDT
    • Task rewards will be randomly generated with asymmetrical distribution
    • Rewards can be claimed immediately but participants will only be eligible to receive rewards after tasks 1 to 4 have been completed.
    • Rewards will be distributed within 7 days after all tasks have been completed.
    • Participants must maintain a Net Deposit of 50 USDT or greater until reward distribution to remain eligible.

 

Task 4

 

  • To participate in the “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” campaign participants must have no prior deposits into their Flipster trading account
  • To claim the “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” campaign rewards, participants must contribute a minimum trading volume with value greater than or equal to 100,000 USDT.
    • Participants must complete all previous tasks to be eligible
  • Participants completing Task 4 will be able to claim the reward worth up to 100 USDT
    • Task rewards will be randomly generated with asymmetrical distribution
    • Rewards can be claimed immediately but participants will only be eligible to receive rewards after tasks 1 to 4 have been completed.
    • Rewards will be distributed within 7 days after all tasks have been completed.
    • Participants must maintain a Net Deposit of 50 USDT or greater until reward distribution to remain eligible.

 

Bonus Task

 

  • To participate in the “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” campaign participants must be:
    • Within 30 days of account registration

OR

  • Complete all tasks before 25 July 2024 by 23:59 UTC

 

  • To participate in the “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” campaign participants must have no prior deposits into their Flipster trading account
  • To claim the “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” campaign rewards, participants must complete all previous tasks to be eligible
  • Participants completing  Bonus task will be able to claim the 10 Bonus reward 
    • Rewards can be claimed immediately but participants will only be eligible to receive rewards after tasks 1 to 4 have been completed.
    • Rewards will be distributed within 7 days after all tasks have been completed.
    • Participants must maintain a Net Deposit of 50 USDT or greater until reward distribution to remain eligible.




Eligibility

 

Flipster reserved the right to: 

  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts; 
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs; 
  • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;
  • Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;
  • Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:

Flipster reasonably suspects that:

  • The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
  • The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you;
  • More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;
  • Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to;
    1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent 
    2. Wash trading 
    3. Volume faking
    4. Market manipulation
    5. Self-dealing 
    6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program
  • Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete.

 

Rewards

 

  • Participants eligible for the campaign rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts.
    • Rewards can be claimed immediately but participants will only be eligible to receive rewards after tasks 1 to 4 have been completed.
    • Rewards will be distributed within 7 days after all tasks have been completed.
    • Participants must maintain a Net Deposit of 50 USDT or greater until reward distribution to remain eligible.
  • The  “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” campaign rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.
  • Flipster reserves the right to remove the “Rewards Hub Program - 240628” campaign rewards at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

 

Liability 

  • Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
  • Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rule including, but not limited to, the above mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
  • Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
