  • By participating in the “Flipster Referral Program - 240501” event, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. 
  • Flipster reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue the “Flipster Referral Program - 240501” event without prior notice, such changes are applicable to both new and existing participants.

Task

Qualified referees are defined as:

  • Signed up for a new Flipster trading account using an eligible referral code after 1 May 2024 at 00:00 UTC

      • Qualified referees must have completed the identity verification process 

Referrer Rewards

  • The Referrers earn a flat 25% of the trading fees paid by their referees
     
    •  
      • This reward will apply for 365 days from each referee’s registration
      • USDT campaign rewards are rounded down to 3 decimal places
      • Rewards will be distributed in USDT

Timeline

  • Program period for the “Flipster Referral Program - 240501” begins on 1 May 2024 00:00 UTC and will end when Fully Subscribed

Eligibility 

  • Each participant may claim the “Flipster Referral Program - 240501” campaign rewards only once.
  • Participants who are found to be impersonating Flipster, our partners or agents will be eliminated from the promotion.
    • Any misleading statements or use of keywords is strictly prohibited
  • Referees with associated IP addresses or mobile device identifying information will not be considered as qualified referrals.
  • Flipster reserved the right to: 
    • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Flipster services and or  accounts; 
    • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your participation in any or all Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Programs; 
    • Terminate, suspend, or restrict your eligibility to receive any or all Rewards, Prizes, Giveaways or Incentives;
    • Refuse to complete or block, cancel, or, where permitted by applicable law, reverse any transaction you have authorized;
    • Take whatever action we consider necessary, in each case with immediate effect and for any reason including, but not limited to:
  • Flipster reasonably suspects that:
    • The Flipster account has been or will be used for any abnormal, inappropriate dishonest, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
    • The individual operating your Flipster Account is not you;
    • More than one natural person has access to and/or transacts using the same Flipster account;
    • Actions have been taken that may circumvent our controls, including but not limited to;
      1. Operating multiple Flipster accounts without written consent 
      2. Wash trading 
      3. Volume faking
      4. Market manipulation
      5. Self-dealing 
      6. Abusing Events, Promotions, Campaigns or Program
    • Information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete.

Rewards 

  • Participants eligible for the campaign rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts 
    • System snapshots will be taken daily at 00:15 UTC
    • Participants eligible for the campaign rewards will receive campaign rewards directly into their Flipster accounts by 02:00 UTC daily.
    • Reward distribution will begin from 13 May 2024 
  • The “Flipster Referral Program - 240501” campaign rewards cannot be bartered, redeemed in or exchanged for cash.
  • The “Flipster Referral Program - 240501” campaign rewards awarded in Trading Bonus can be used as initial margin for trading. Please note that Trading Bonus cannot be used as payment for trading fees, converted to other currencies or withdrawn from the Flipster wallet.
  • The “Flipster Referral Program - 240501” campaign rewards awarded in Trading Bonus will expire 14 days after it is granted. Expiration occurs automatically at 00:00 UTC on the day after the 14-day period.
  • Flipster reserves the right to remove the “Flipster Referral Program - 240501” campaign rewards awarded in Trading Bonus at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

 

Liability 

  • Flipster or its agents or employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from event participation. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree not to pursue claims against any damages, loss or expense (including but not limited to participant’s information. software, computer, telephone, or any other electronic or telecommunication devices).
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Flipster shall be final and conclusively binding.
  • Flipster reserves the right of final interpretation of the event rule including, but not limited to, the above mentioned information regarding trading, funds, and any other risks.
  • Should there be any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
